Step 2: Make a puree from these avocados using a blender; it should be in paste-like form with no chunks of avocados.
Step 3: Cover a baking tray with the avocado paste. The coat has to be flat and uniform, however it shouldn’t be too thick or thin – about 1-1.5 centimetres should be fine.
Step 4: Put the tray in the sun to dry for like two days. But if you want to fast track the process, then put the tray in the oven and set the temperature to more than 50 degrees C. It may take up to 5 hours to dry the avocado in the oven, and you also have to check it every hour and make sure that it is drying, not baking. If the avocado is changing to black, it is time to bring it out.
Step 5: Use a spatula to remove the avocado out of the tray and place it into a thin cotton cloth.
Step 6: Take the cloth and pitch the corners together making a sack. Squeeze the avocado oil into a bowl.
