Lady Biba is an award-winning women’s ready-to-wear fashion brand. It is crafted in Nigeria and created for the needs of professionals who want to stand out; feel and look their best; look fashionable while making a statement in a chic and trendy way.

Lady Biba recently launched its first curvy collection.

In a statment statement brand:

‘The Lady Biba brand has been focused on meeting the needs of working women over the last seven years. Our objective is to make sure our lady bosses feel beautiful in their own skin when wearing our designs.

In this spirit, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Lady Biba Curvy Collection. This is a move that has been ongoing for a few years. We began the Lady Biba Line from the very beginning with size 6 – 16 and only last year we had size 18 in our line. The Lady Biba brand has been committed in the last seven years to meeting the needs of professional working women.

Nevertheless, we realised that our Lady Bosses, which did not fall into our present dimensions, had yet to meet our needs, and we realised that extending our sizing was imperative. This is why the Lady Biba Courvy line is launched, which caters for Lady Bosses between sizes of 18 – 24 . This collection includes our best selling classic items such as the dress of Adesua, Cairo, Wilma dress and our new collection of Ehinome dresses, which inspire women from various fields such as our muses..’

The Collection features Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, an On -air personality at the The Beat 99.9 FM and the Founder/CEO of Gbemisoke Shoes, a female foot wear outfit that caters to women with larger feet sizes; Jumoke Michael Ojo, Creative Director and Head Master Bar Attendant of Mandies Cocktails Limited, which provides cocktail catering services and owns a training school called the Hospitality Bar Academy, which trains and equips start-ups with skills needed in the hospitality industry; and Owanate George, a model, and one time radio presenter, whose passion for education and teaching, led her into the academic field.

We believe that these women are influential in their different industries and blend perfectly for the curvy collection. The best part is that the standard prices of the pieces of the styles remain the same and subsequently, our line sizing will include size 6 – 24 on new collection releases!
